Laser eye surgery price

The benefits of refractive laser treatment are significant: sport without glasses, no more contact lens infections, and no more annual costs for glasses or lenses. With today's techniques, Dr. Pinxten performs highly precise procedures with very good results. The refractive error is brought as close to zero as possible.

What is included?

  • The initial screening
  • The laser treatment itself
  • All postoperative check-ups (1 day, 1 week, 1 month, 3 months)
  • Postoperative protective goggles and sunglasses
  • A possible enhancement treatment within 24 months
Not included: The full preoperative assessment. This is largely reimbursed by the health insurance fund; the out-of-pocket cost is approximately €70.

Almost all Belgian health insurance funds provide a contribution for refractive laser treatments. The amounts vary by fund and year.
