Do you have an urgent problem and the next slot in the online agenda is too far away? Fill in the form and we will contact you as soon as possible.

Cancel an appointment
Can't make it to your appointment? Don't forget to cancel in time. In case of a late cancellation (less than 24 hours before) or a no-show, a fee of 25 EUR will be charged.
