Today she is head of the ophthalmology department at AZ Zeno hospital (Knokke and Blankenberge campuses), where she co-coordinates general and surgical ophthalmology. Laser eye procedures are mostly performed at LaserVisionClinic Ghent.
Every year, Dr. Pinxten performs more than 700 procedures — cataract surgery at AZ Zeno and refractive laser treatments at the Laser Vision Clinic.
