Cancel an appointment

If you cannot attend your appointment, please always let us know — by phone or through this form. If you do not show up, a fee of 25 EUR will be charged.

Please cancel in time. Cancelling at least 24 hours in advance usually allows another patient to take the slot.

This is not the case for a same-day cancellation. Apart from force majeure, a late cancellation is treated as a no-show.
